1. Return Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 5 to 7 working days of delivery. Please ensure your item is unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Condition Requirements: Returned items should be in their original, unworn condition. Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be accepted.
• Refunds and Store Credit: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit to use on future purchases.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchange Window: Exchanges are allowed within 7 working  days of receiving your order, provided items meet the return conditions.
• Process: For a seamless exchange, return the item and place a new order for your preferred size or color. Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund or store credit.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within an hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
• Refund for Canceled Orders: If successfully canceled within the allowed time frame, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Orders beyond this window cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once the item arrives.
